Heaters With Sensors

Optimizing the utility of a thermal sensor is a critical success factor in every heater application. Thermal Circuits’ engineers are experienced and trained to integrate state-of-the-art temperature sensing, controlling and limiting components to assure accuracy, repeatability, safety and quality.

A World Class supplier of critical components to medical OEMs and other markets, Thermal Circuits is a 65-year-old custom heater specialist designing, engineering, and producing etched foil heater assemblies with thermal sensors.

Thermal Circuits has developed and invested in automating many of its manufacturing processes to facilitate proper and repeatable integration of thermistors, RTDs, thermal fuses (TCOs) thermostats, thermocouples, semiconductor-type thermal sensors, and others.

Heaters from Thermal Circuits offer many benefits including custom distributed watt densities, thin profiles, and low thermal mass. They are easy to apply and provide high heat output and uniform thermal profile.

Heaters With Sensors – Applications

200ºC Hot Plate Assembly for Re-Thermalization of Food

Hospitals and institutions serve meals from multi-tiered thermalization food serving carts or corridor/floor transport serving consoles. Meals are cooked, frozen and stored in the carts to be heated and served at a later time. Thermal Circuits manufactures assembly modules including silicone rubber insulated etched foil heaters vulcanized to anodized aluminum platens outfitted with thermostats and overtemperature devices. The modules can be rectangular or round to fit the specifications of the cart and are manufactured to withstand the rigors of steam cleaning.
