Heater Assemblies

Thermal Circuits has a demonstrated the willingness and capability to develop heater components into turn-key heater assemblies with value-added extensions including flex circuits, harness assemblies, heat-sinks, tubes, platens, metalwork, plastics, ceramics, quartz, glass and enclosures.

Whether your application requires simplistic sub-assembly work or turn-key contract manufacturing and commercialization of the final product, Thermal’s applications engineers are prepared to make you and your application a success. Turnkey solutions:

  • Assembled and packaged, ready-for-market
  • Sub-Assemblies and Contract Manufacturing
  • Spares Packaging for Field Support

Heaters from Thermal Circuits offer many benefits including custom distributed watt densities, thin profiles, ease of placement and low thermal mass. They are easy to apply and provide high heat output.
